A petition presented under the subscription of Mr William Moir, which being red, and he being called to the bar and haveing ownd the petition, and on his knees craved pardon of his maties comissioner and parliament for his offence, wes released frome his imprisonment and admitted againe to sit in parliament as comissioner for the burgh of Kintor.
Foure faires yeerlie, upon the second Tuesday of May, upon the 3 Tuesday of September, upon the thrid Tuesday of November and upon the second Tuesday of Januar granted to Allexander Gordoun of Glengairok, to be kept at the toun of Newmylne, and a weeklie mercat each Wednesday, upon his petition.

Upon petition from the toun of Cromertie desering that in regaird of ther povertie they may be allowed to dimit and renunce their priviledges of a burgh royall, and may be expunged out of the rolls of parliament, the parliament allowis and accepts ther dimission and ordans the name of that toun to be expunged out of the rolls of parliament, and that thayrafter they have no comissioner frome tham to parliaments, nor be accompted a burgh royall.
