Sir Gilbert Stuart, comissioner for Perth, and Alexander Forrester for Tayne tooke the oath of alledgeance etc. and signd the declaration.

Ane act for setling the militia wes presented to the hous frome the lords of articles, and tuyse red, votted and approven and tuiched with the scepter.

Ane act concerning tutors and curators red in parliament and, after some debate upon it, returned to the furder consideration of the lords of articles.
