The estates of parliament, haveing considered the report of the committie concerning the election of the commissioners of Stirling shire, and haveing considered both commissions, they did approve of the commission granted to the lairds of Keir and Touch, who, being present, wer admitted to sit as members of this parliament, and gave their oaths etc. and subscryved the declaration etc.
