The thrid session of the first parliament of our most heigh and dread soverane, Charles, by the grace of God, king of Scotland, England, France and Ireland, defender of the faith, holden and begun at Edinburgh, the eighteint day of June one thousand, sex hundreth [and] threescore three yeers, be Johne, earle of Rothes, lord Leslie of Bambreich, be vertew of the spetiall commission under his majesties' great seale, with the advise and consent of the estates of parliament underwritten, ther being also present the ordinarie officers earle of Erroll, constable, earle of Marishall, Sir Robert Murray, provest of Edinburgh, Mr William Wallace, shirreff, and Andrew Lothian, dempster.
