The king's majestie and estates of parliament, haveing considered the report of the lords of the articles anent the processe against Mr Alexander Moncreiff, minister at Sconym, and his oune cariage befor them in ouneing his accession to The Remonstrance and Causes of God's Wrathe, doe accordingly declare the said Mr Alexander Moncreiff to be for ever incapable of exerceing any publict trust, civill or ecclesiastick, within the paroche of Scony, and als discharges him of all publict trust, civill or ecclesiastick, within the kingdome, wntill in the next session of parliament farder order be tane concerning him and discharges him in the mean tyme to goe to the said paroche.
