The lord commissioner and estates of parliament doth ordaine the act past in this parliament anent the opening of the signet to extend to horneings for removeings and performeing of all other deids, and als to all bands and other writts given for sums of money since Witsunday 1658 yeers, and that letters of horneing and all other execution competent passe therupon, notwithstanding of any thing in the contrare contained in the forsaid act of parliament.
