The lord commissioner and estates of parliament ordaines any fiftein of the commissioners appointed for trade and bills to be a quorum, tho ther be not fyve of each estate present.
Upon a petition given in in name of the marques of Argyll desyreing that advocats might be appointed to assist him in his defence, it wes ordered be the lord commissioner and estates of parliament that Mr William Maxwell, Mr Robert Burnet, younger, Mr Johne Coninghame, Mr Robert Sinclair, Mr George Mckenzie and Mr Andrew Birnie should assist him in his defences.
The lord commissioner continewes the parliament till Frydday at tuo hours in the afternoone, and all summons ut supra.
