Act anent the ingaddering of mentenance and uther publict dues redd and past in parliament.

Supplicatioune generall [of] arteliarie redd in parliament, and the king and parliament ordanes the hous of Ravinsheuch to be delyvered to the Lord Sincklar, owner therof. And the parliament remitts to his matie to call the generall officiars and consult with thame what is to be done anent the making of any moir peices of ordnance, and remitts to the comittee of money to tak course for the supplicant's satisfactioun of so muche as he wants.

His matie and parliament hes ordaned that evrie man to quhom the book of loane money shalbe presented shall subscryve what he is to len or that he will not len any, and if he refuis to subscryve any of the tuo, that the commissioner, presenter of the book, report the same to the parliament or comittee.

The lord president, in name of his matie and parliament, did returne thame hartie thanks for ther cair and vigilance in giving so tymous adverteisment, and appoynts the comittee who wer wpon the conference to meitt with sum of the comissioners of the generall assemblie anent the putting of the desyres in execution, to meitt on Monday at 7 in the morning.
