†His majestie and estaitts of parliament addis to the comittee of greevances the lairds of Carden, Houstoun, Bishoptoun, Langtoun, Blacader, Carnok, Dundas, Narne and Mr Johne Cowan, to meitt in the toun councel hous on Monday at nyne hours and to sitt, whairwith the parliament dispenses.
Supplicatioune Francis Guthrie of that ilk redd, and comissione granted to the shireff of the shyre, and ane comand to Colonell Johne Home to tak and apprehend the delinquents and secure thame; and citatioune to be direct at the instance of his maties advocatt and the compleaners aganes thame to comp before the justice generall and his deputts the [...] day of [...] to anser to the complaint; and ordor to be givin to the Lord Ogilby, colonell of the shyre, and his officiars to be assisting to the shireff in taking and apprehending the delinquents.
Ordanes ane buik to be sent to evrie burgh, in quhilk buik the present commissioner shall subscryve first what he is to be lent for himselff, and the buik to be returned with the subscriptione of evrie particular inhabitant of the burgh bearing the sowme which they ar to len. Lykas the comissioner shall insert and subscryve in the publict buik lykwayes quaht he is to len.
†Ordanes ane comittee of three of everie estaitt to be named be the severall bodyes to tak in consideratioune the paperis givin in be the comittee for the army and to think what further is necessar to be don in relatione therto, quherwpoun the noblemen nominat marquis [of] Argyll, erle [of] Cassills and Lord Ruthven, the barrones nominat Duffus, Strathurd and Johnstoun, the burrowis named Sir Robert Ferquhar, Johne Forbes and George Gardyne, to meitt at tuo efternun in the inner rowme.

Supplicatioune erle [of] Levin, lord generall, redd and the partie ordaned to be ceitted to comp within 6 dayes efter the citation befor the lords Cranston, Humbie, Tofts, Clerkingtoun and Bromehall, or any three of thame, to quhilk his matie and parliament givis pooer to discuss the reasones of suspension.
