The kingis matie and parliament ordanes warrands and citationes to be issued furth be the comittee of bills for ceitting all and evrie on[e] of the debttors of Colonell Archibald Strauchane to compeir befoir the parliament or comittee of estaitts efter the parliament is rysin, to heir and sie thame decernit to mak payment to the comissioners of the thesurarie for his maties use of sick sowmes of money as they are auchtand to the said Colonell Strauchan. And the estaitts of parliament declairis that the discharges to be granted to the saids debttors be the comissioners of the thesurarie of the saids sowmes shalbe valeid and sufficient discharges to warrand the saids debtors at the hands of the said Colonell Strauchane and all uthers haveing interest in respect it is notourlie knowin to the estaitts that the said Colonell Strauchane is gone in to the publict enemy of this kingdome.
