The kingis matie and parliament ordanes suche of the privie councell as ar heir in toun to meitt the morrow efternun anent satilling of Sir Williame McDowgall as resident for his matie in the Lowcuntries.

Comissione for tryell of the rentall of the lands of Auchtermerny etc. and burdeanes therwpoun to the laird [of] Bogy and Kinglassie, and they to report to the parliament or comittee of estaitts.

Ordanes the severall bodyes to meitt at three efternun and to considder of the remonstrance givin in be the comissioners of the assemblie, and ordanes ilk body to name three of ther number to confer, first among thameselffis anent the remonstrance, and therefter to meitt and confer with the comissioners of the generall assemblie; and als how far incapacities that disables men may be takin aff and men admitted for defence of the cuntrie to fight aganes the comon enemy, and to treat anent a previous advyse concerning England.
