Ordour anent the disposeing of the bark takin at Invernes to Colonell Ker etc.

At Edinburgh, the penult day of Maii 1650. The estaittis of parliament, takin to thair consideratioune that thair is ane bark seased wpoun be Colonell Gilbert Ker at Inernes, and efter tryell takin be him, hearing that the skipper and marineris thairoff are lyk to be found to be pirattis, whairthrow it is liklie that the bark and goodis will belong to the publict, thairfor the saidis estaittis of parliament have ordained and ordaines that (if the said bark be found to belong to the publict) thane and in that caice the said bark and haill goodis being within the same shall be bestowed upoun that whiche shall be found necessarie for the recrewting of thoise troupes whiche wer at the lasty fight in the north.
