The estaitts declairis that the nominatioune in parliament off any officiars shall infer no exemptione to any persone, bot that they shall be lyable to the comittee of purgeing notwithstanding theroff for any faults preceeding ther nominatioune or subsequent therto.

The parliament declairis that when the troupes shalbe regimented, if thair shall be any difference amongest the rootmaisters that ar within the localitie of the lord generall's regiment about the comand, that some of thame shalbe removed to another regiment quher they may serve with conveniencie.
