The estaitts ordanes the conference to appoynt tuo of evrie estaitt to receave the list of the officiars this night, and to remayne in the sessione hous for that effect till ten hours at night.

Supplicatioune Mr Robert Ferquhar redd and past in parliament prout in scriptis, and Sir James Melveill in presence of parliament, in name of Mr Robert Ferquhar, declared and undertook that the laird of Assint should be presentlie satisfeyed in money or securitie of that quhilk is appoynted to be givin him.

The estaitts recommends the provest of Edinburgh to the committee of fynes and foirfaultors, that he may have satisfactione of that whiche is due to him according to his former assignments and severall acts of parliament.
