The estaits of parliament now presentlie conveined adds to the committie of estaits formerlie appointit in the last sessioun of parliament the persouns following, viz: Archibald, lord Lorne, George Hay of Naughtoune, David Weymis of Fingask, Mr Alexander Colvill of Blair, ane of his maties justice deputs, Sir Williame Scot, youngar, of Hardine, Colonell Williame Stewart of Castell Stewart, Sir James Murray of Skirling, Alexander Bowar, David Symsone and Johne Denholme, and ordanis the foirsaidis persounes and everie ane of them to sitt and have voyce with the remanent of the committie of estaits formerlie appointit as said is.

The estaits of parliament, now presentlie conveined in this fourt sessioun of the second trienniall parliament, have dischairgit and dischairgis the committie formerlie appointit for borrowing of moneys from any farder borrowing of any soumes of money from any persone whatsumever or for giveing of any new citatiouns to any persoune or farder prosecuting of any thing against them upon citatiouns alreadie givine, and that notwithstanding of any former act or warrand maid or grantit for that effect; and declairs that this sall na ways prejudge, hinder nor stop the foirsaid committie from exacting or uplifting of any soumes of money from whatsumever persoune or persouns against whom sentance is givine and pronuncit for lending of the same befoir the day and dait heirof.
