A general citation for the name of MacKenzie, Fraser and Munro and others that are joined in this late rebellion if they be either obliged to lend or be fined.

Produced by the laird of Lawers and remitted to the committee to be appointed for fines and borrowed monies. And what shall be received from the persons listed, the one half is declared to appertain to the public, and the other half to the supplicant for his payment of the sum of £40,000 Scots money. And that part that belongs to the public, ordain the same to be paid to [Sir James Stewart of Kirkfield and Coltness], commissary-general, and the other half to the party.
