The estates of parliament, upon good considerations moving them, have added and add to the committee of war of the shire of Linlithgow the persons following, namely: Patrick Dundas of Breast Mill, James Allan of Stacks, James Hamilton of Hyntlie, James Hill in Queensferry and William Crawford, younger, of Dean, and have given and granted and by this act give and grant full power to the said committee of war as it is now established to revalue the whole lands within the said shire of Linlithgow.
