Procedure: concerning the quorum of the preparative committees

The estates of parliament ordain the third part of the preparative committees to be the quorum, keeping always the time and place of meeting; and the committees to be without distinction† and the penalties for not keeping diets of meetings to be exacted according to the former orders.
