The estates of parliament ordain [Sir Alexander Gibson of Durie], lord clerk register, to give out an act adding [James Home], earl of Home, [Archibald Douglas], lord Angus, [George Ogilvy], lord Banff, [Alexander Falconer], lord Halkerton and [Sir Alexander Abercrombie], laird of Birkenbog and Captain Andrew Hay, with such other heritors as the commissioners of the shires shall give in to the clerk register and who are not excepted in the act of classes at St Andrews, to the committees of war of these shires wherein the persons above-named have interest and others aforesaid and are heritors respectively.
