The estates of parliament ordain the Lord Cardross to have relief of the rest of the sheriffdom of Stirling of what damage has been done to him by [James Campbell], laird of Ardkinglas' regiment, the said Lord Cardross always accounting and allowing his own proportion in the first end of his said damage proportionally with the remainder of the shire.
