Warrant to [Sir Adam Hepburn of] Humbie anent the tallying of the £200,000 sterling

The estates of parliament ordain Sir Adam Hepburn of Humbie to send such persons to York for tallying the £200,000 sterling which is coming down from the parliament of England as are able and qualified for that purpose and for whom he will be answerable, to be tallied and received according to the articles of the treaty and agreement passed between our commissioners at London and the houses of parliament there, for the which this act shall be a sufficient warrant.
