The estates of parliament order these soldiers in Perthshire that are appointed for recruiting the laird of Lawers' regiment to be joined to that regiment and to be under the command of the officers thereof. As also order the former officers of these soldiers to be taken into consideration by the estates of parliament according to their diligence and deservings.
