The estates of parliament, now convened in the fifth session of this first triennial parliament, grant dispensation to the sheriffs of the sheriffdoms of Perth, Edinburgh, Fife, bailie of the regality of St Andrews and to the stewart of the stewartry of Kirkcudbright and to their deputes respectively to sit and hold courts within their several jurisdictions for administration of justice to the lieges during the sitting of this present session of parliament and notwithstanding thereof.
