The estates of parliament, upon the petition of John Davidson, servant to the late Robert Irvine of Fedderate, bearing that by warrant of the committee of estates he was put in to attend and serve the said Robert Irvine during his imprisonment, and that seeing he was now deceased warrant might be granted to the keeper of the tolbooth to put the said John Davidson, supplicant, to liberty; they order the keeper of the tolbooth of Edinburgh to put the said John Davidson to liberty out of the said prison, being only put in to attend his master who is now deceased, for the which this act shall be a sufficient warrant.
