The estates of parliament grant warrant to the keeper of the tolbooth of Edinburgh to suffer and permit Dame Isobel Hamilton, countess of Airlie, Lady Isobel Ogilvy, her daughter, Sir Patrick Hamilton of Little Preston and James Murray, younger, and every one of them jointly or separately as they shall have opportunity to have access within the said tolbooth of Edinburgh, to meet and speak with James, lord Ogilvy who remains incarcerated there.
