The estates ordain the general of the artillery and his deputes to deliver to Robert, viscount of Kenmure for the use of the stewartry of Kirkcudbright 600 muskets and bandoliers and 300 picks, the said general of the artillery and his deputes first receiving payment for the same or getting sufficient surety to give in as many as good arms to the magazine between now and 1 June next.
