Forasmuch as the Lord Sinclair has furnished and bought 1,600 weight of powder for the use of his regiment, and the estates finding it just that he be relieved of the price thereof, do therefore ordain William Thomson to deliver to Lord Sinclair 1,600 merks for the price of the said powder.
