The convention appoints [Archibald Campbell, marquis of] Argyll, [John Maitland, earl of] Lauderdale, [John Elphinstone, lord] Balmerino, [Sir Archibald Johnston of] Wariston, [Alexander Brodie of] Brodie, Patrick Leslie [of Iden] and Mr Robert Barclay to think upon instructions to be given to those that are to be sent into England and to report.
