Our sovereign lord and estates of parliament, considering his majesty's declaration after-specified regarding the teinds of the bishops' kirks, ratify and approve the said declaration in the whole points and articles thereof and declare all rights granted or to be granted by his majesty to whatsoever person or persons in prejudice of the said declaration and of this ratification (with the exception always and reservation foresaid) to be null in the self. And ordain this ratification to have the strength of a law in all time coming.
