At the meeting of the nobility

Whether the report given in by the committee shall be the grounds whereupon to speak to his majesty, yes or no. And who shall be the persons appointed by the nobility to go to his majesty for that effect, whether the persons who were upon the said committee or if any alterations shall be thereof, yes or no.
