Appoints the committee for the kirk to meet this afternoon at 3 o'clock.

Appoints the several estates to be ready to give their answer upon Thursday next regarding the commission for the other treaty.

Ratification of a presentation to Master David Drummond of the kirk of Crieff delivered to Master Robert Dalgleish, that he may give a copy thereof to the several estates.

Supplication by [Ludovic Lindsay], earl of Crawford, desiring to be liberated in respect he has been examined and has declared his knowledge and truth of the business, read in audience of his majesty and parliament, who continue to give answer thereto until Thursday next.

Continues to give answer to the act regarding the change of the terms until Thursday next.

Supplication by [Sir William Forbes], laird of Craigievar and John Forbes of Asloun, desiring that some monies paid by them at command of the committee to Rutmaster Forbes may be allowed to them in their tenth and twenty pennies, and the commissioners discharged to charge them for the same, read in audience of his majesty and parliament, who continue to give answer thereto until Thursday next, and in the meantime command [Master Alexander Gibson of Durie], commissary-general, that the supplicants sustain no prejudice.

The commissary-general earnestly desired his majesty and parliament that they would take some speedy course for hearing his accounts and disburdening him of the same. His majesty and estates ordain a macer to warn the auditors of the said accounts to meet in the high old tolbooth tomorrow at 9 o'clock.

Adjourns the parliament to Thursday at 10 o'clock.
