Supplication by the three commissioners of the burghs for the treaty, craving exoneration and approbation of their charge and service, read in audience of his majesty and estates of parliament, together with their depositions taken by the committee appointed for their examination and the testimony of his majesty and other commissioners. They find the desire of the supplication reasonable and therefore grant the exoneration and approbation therein mentioned, and appoint the same to be drawn up in form of act to every one of them.
Supplication by Master Archibald Johnston [of Wariston], craving exoneration and approbation, read in audience of his majesty and estates of parliament, who (after hearing the testimony of his majesty and other commissioners present) do find the desire of the supplication reasonable and therefore unanimously grant the exoneration and approbation mentioned therein, and appoint the same to be drawn up in form of act.
