[Act read and approved; propositions from the general assembly remitted to each estate]

The king being present.

Act in favour of Master David Dickson and for the foundation of a profession of theology in the University of Glasgow read, voted and passed in parliament.

Propositions from the assembly read and a duplicate appointed to be given to every estate and [Sir Thomas Hope of Craighall], king's advocate.

Act for easing his majesty's vassals of small portions of lands in passing their infeftments read and a copy thereof, with the copy of some acts relating thereto passed in the former articles, appointed to be given to every estate.

A paper containing a clause to be subjoined to the ratification of the treaty for appending the great seal, given to the barons to be advised.

Appoints a duplicate of the former commission granted for hearing the accounts to be given to every estate to be advised therewith.

Act that the commissioners of shires may draw lots for place and precedency at each parliament read and continued until Tuesday next.

[Propositions regarding the exemplification of the articles of the treaty of London remitted to certain members]

[Sir John Scott of Scotstarvit], director of the chancellery, having represented some propositions regarding the formality of the exemplification of the articles of the treaty and ratification thereof, appoints [John Campbell], lord Loudoun, Sir Thomas Hope [of Kerse] and Master Robert Barclay to meet relating thereto with [Sir Thomas Hope of Craighall], king's advocate, this afternoon in the Lord Loudoun's lodging.
