Ratification regarding the disuniting of Kirkmabreck and Kirkdale from Anwoth

Our sovereign lord and estates of parliament ratify, approve and confirm two separate decreets before the commissioners for surrenders and teinds at the instance of the king's majesty's advocate and Master William Dalgleish, sometime minister at Kirkmabreck, for disuniting and disjoining the said kirk of Kirkmabreck and Kirkdale from the kirk of Anwoth, and appointing them to be two separate distinct parishes, and for the common elements, and for augmenting the old stipend for the minister of Kirkmabreck and Kirkdale, and for settling the locality both of the old and new stipend, which decreets are of the date 19 February and 21 March 1636, in the whole heads, articles, clauses and conditions thereof with all that followed or may follow thereupon.
