Our sovereign lord and estates of parliament ratify, approve and confirm the gift and mortification of the feu mails, feu duties, kanes, eikewedders†, teind lambs and others mentioned in the mortification granted by his majesty by his gift under the privy seal, of the date 2 September 1641, to Master John Duncan, minister at Culross, and his successors, for their service in the ministry at the said kirk under the conditions and reversions contained therein, and also ratify and approve his majesty's ratification of two assignations granted by James [Colville], lord Colville [of Culross], of the date and tenor mentioned in the said gift and ratification with the whole clauses, articles and tenor of the said gift and ratification and all contained therein.
