Procedure: ordinances regarding the fast and for accommodation of business
Ordinance regarding the fast

The which day the paper produced by the commissioners of the kirk, containing the causes of the public fast to be indicted, being publicly read in audience of the parliament, his majesty and estates of parliament appoint the same to be given to the ministers that they may cause intimate the same to all the kingdom; and appoint the fast to be upon Sunday come eight days for this sheriffdom and all places adjacent that may be advertised in due time, and for the rest of Scotland upon the last Sunday of this month. For which end, the paper was instantly given to Master James Bonnar to be delivered to the ministers.

Ordinance for accommodation of business

The which day the king's majesty and estates of parliament appoint the committee formerly nominated for accommodation of business to meet after noon for accommodation and happy conclusion of the business committed to them, to whom also the king's majesty and estates of parliament give power to take the late incident to consideration and to do therein as they shall think expedient for removing all impediments of accommodation and happy conclusion of business.

Procedure: modification
Modification in favour of [Anna Inglis], lady Aiket

The which day the supplication given in to the parliament by Anna Inglis, lady Aiket, against William Cunningham of Aiket, her husband, desiring payment of her bygone modification and a constant allowance in time coming from her husband for her aliment, being read in audience of parliament, his majesty and estates of parliament, having taken the same to consideration, decree the sum of 200 merks to the supplicant to be paid to her yearly by the said William Cunningham of Aiket, her husband, in part payment of bygones according to the act of the committee of estates set down between the parties, which sum ordain to be presently paid to the said supplicant and declare she shall have no further modification until the end of the cause; and ordain her to have letters to warn her said husband at the cross of Paisley and kirk of Dunlop to compear before the parliament to answer to the desire of her supplication and also to summon witness for proving thereof, and declare the citation above-written lawful.

Warrant
Warrant for John Henderson

The which day the king's majesty and estates of parliament grant liberty to John Henderson, servant to [John Murray], earl of Atholl, to go where he pleases, he acting himself to compear upon 1 January next or sooner when he shall be required. According to which, the said John Henderson became acted and obliged himself to the effect above-written.
