Petition for maintaining the fencing about the park of Falkland remitted to [John Stewart, earl of Traquair], the commissioner general, to supplicate his majesty for building a dyke about the park.

Act ordaining goods taken by thieves to be restored to the owners read, voted and passed in articles.

Supplication presented by Agnes Johnston against Master Alexander Johnston, craving that a disposition allegedly cunningly purchased by him from her may be produced and restored to her, and she freed thereof. The said parties and David Johnston being heard, ordains Master Alexander Johnston to produce the assignation or disposition presently, or otherwise presently to enter his person in ward, or otherwise to renounce the said writ of right in the said litigation and cause, and restore the supplicant in her own place. Whereupon Master Alexander Johnston declared that he will go to ward. Thereafter the said Master Alexander Johnston renounced the said disposition and translation of right in the litigation and cause and restored the said supplicant in her own place entirely enclosed, and promised to produce the same tomorrow afternoon to be cancelled in presence of the articles.

Act for reuniting seven kirks to the sheriffdom of Dunbarton, appoints [John Erskine], earl of Mar and other noblemen to be advertised by [Sir George Stirling], laird of Keir that they may attend tomorrow.

Supplication for discharge of the custom of the ammunition given to [Sir Thomas Hope of Craighall], king's advocate, to see until tomorrow.

Master Alexander Johnston produced the disposition above-mentioned, which was cancelled in presence of [John Stewart, earl of Traquair], the lord commissioner general, and articles by public warrant and redelivered up again to the provost of Edinburgh, and the provost produced the backband, which was also cancelled, and Master Alexander Johnston promised to produce the inhibition also to be cancelled and redelivered.

Act against strikers or cursers of parents read, voted and passed in articles.
