The which day the commissioners underwritten of the foresaid present parliament, namely: George [Hay], viscount of Dupplin, chancellor of Scotland, William [Graham], earl of Strathearn, president of the privy council thereof, Thomas [Hamilton], earl of Haddington, lord privy seal, William [Keith], earl Marischal, George [Seton], earl of Winton, Alexander [Livingstone], earl of Linlithgow, John [Drummond], earl of Perth, John [Fleming], earl of Wigtown, John [Stewart], lord Stewart of Traquair, Sir John Hamilton of Magdalens, clerk register, Sir Thomas Hope of Craighall, knight baronet, his highness's advocate, and Sir George Elphinstone of Blythswood, justice clerk, 12 of the commissioners contained in the foresaid last commission produced, having convened as upon the day to the which the foresaid parliament was continued, they after the said parliament was fenced and the suits thereof called have continued and continue this present parliament in the same form, force and effect etc., with all summons, actions, causes and other matters belonging thereto until 18 June 1633, with continuation of days, to be held at Edinburgh or where it shall happen his majesty and his highness's privy council to direct by their letters by open proclamation; and ordain all the estates of parliament and others, his majesty's lieges, to await thereupon the said time and place under the pains contained in the acts of parliament of this realm.
Upon the fencing of the which parliament and continuation of the same to the day foresaid, the said Sir Thomas Hope [of Craighall], advocate to our sovereign lord, for his highness's interest, asked instruments.
