The estaitts of parliament ordanes Johne Diksone of Hairtrie to exhibit and produce before the committee appoyntit be the parliament for revising of the proces aganes the marqueis of Huntlie, laird [of] Haddo and Johne Logie the samene processes, conforme to the warrand of parliament grantit to thame theranent, to the effect that that committee may compair the factis quherupone the foirfaulture and probatione proceidit; and ordanes the said committee (efter revising and compareing of the factis contenit in the said proces) to mak report therof to the parliament, quhairanent thir presents salbe ane sufficient warrand to the said Johne Diksone for exhibiting the said processes.
