The estaites of parliament remittis to the laird of Swintoune, Sir James Hope, laird of Hairtrie, Mr Robert Barkcley and James Sword to considder, try and examine the process and decreittis of forfaltour of the laite laird of Haddo, [...] Logye, the laite lairdis of Newtoune and Harthill and to compaire thame with the proces and decreit of foirfaltour of the laite marques of Huntlie, with power to thame to call and conveene befoir thame the said laite marques, and, after tryall of the whole mater in relatioune to his guyltines, to reporte their judgment and opinion therof to the parliament.
