Whilk is the day appoynted by the act of indiction made be the committee of estats of the date the tuentie sevinth day of October 1648 for meetting of the estats of parlement in this second session of this second trienniall parliament.

Parliamentum quartum eiusque sessio secunda excellentissimi principis Caroli dei gratia Scotie, Anglie, Francie et Hibernie Regis fideique defensoris, holden at Edinburgh be the estats of this kingdome, viz: the noblemen, the commissioners for the barons and the commissioneris for the burrowes, conveened in the foirsaid second session of the second trienniall parliament be vertue of the act of indiction foirsaid.
