Ratificatioune Sir Alexander Levingstoune and his spous

The estates of parliament ratifies and approves the chartor and infeftment granted be his matie under his hienes great seall of this kingdome to his maties lovittis Sir Alexander Levingstoune of Dalderse, knyght, and Dame Jeane Hamiltoune, his spous, the langest liver of thame twa in conjunctfie and to the aires maill laufullie procreat or to be procreat betuixt thame, whilkis failzeing, to the narrest and laufall aires maill and of tailzie of James, erle of Callender and to his or thair assigneyis whatsomevir heretablie and irredeamablie of all and haill the landis lyand upone the southsyde of Dundashill, with houses, biggingis, yairdis, medowis, pairtis, pendicles and pertinentis therof, lyand within the shirefdome of Stirling, whilkis pertenit of befoir to the said James, erle of Callander, heretablie haldin be him of James Grahame, sumtyme erle of Montrois and now of his matie be reasone of the forfaltor of the said James Grahame and were resignit be the said erle of Callender in favors of the said Sir Alexander Levingstoune, his said spous and thair foirsaidis, to be haldin of his matie be reassone of the said forfaltor in maner mentionat in the said chartor, as the samyne of the daite at Edinburgh, the last day of Merche 1647 yeeres at mair lenth beires, togither with the precept and instrument of seasing following therupone in the haill heidis, articles, clauses and conditiones of the samyne chartor, precept and instrument of seasing following therupone, saifand and reservand to the kingis matie and his hienes successors the dewties, rightis and services aught and wont to his matie and his hienes predicessors for the landis and pertinentis therof abonewrittin befoir this present ratificatioun. Attoure the saids estaites of parliament wills and grantis and declaires, decernis and ordaines that this present ratificatioun is and sall be als valide and sufficient to the said Sir Alexander Levingstoune, his said spous and thair foirsaidis as gif the foirsaid chartor, precept and instrument of seasing following therupone were at lenth and word be word exprest heirintill, whairanent, and anent all uther deffectis and imperfectiones whilks may be proponit or alledgit against the validitie of the said chartor, precept and instrument of seasing therupone, the estates of parliament hes dispensit and be thir presentis dispenses for ever.
