The estates of parliament, taking to ther consideration that thair ar sundrie persones apprehendit and takine within the hous of Wairdes the tyme of the in taking of that hous from the rebells, they have remitted and doe heirby remitt to the consideration of the committie of estates what salbe done with these persones foresaids, with power to the said committie to doe and determine theranent as they eftir consideration therof sall find just for the peace and honor of the kingdome.
