The estates of parliament, haveing hard and considered the suplication of Mr Williame Davidsone, advocat, late shireff deput of Abirdene, schewing that he was fyned as ane malignant be the committie at Abirdene in the sowme of thrie thousand merkis Scotis and deposed from his office of shireff deputrie of Abirdene, and that he had payed ane thousand pundis of the foresaid fyne and therfore desyring to be liberat of the uther ane thousand pundis and restored to his office, as the suplication beirs; and heirwith also considering the foresaid sentence and groundis therof, and haveing hard the suplicant concerning the same, the saidis estates of parliament doe heirby discharge in favors of the said Mr William Davidsone, suplicant, the foresaid ane thousand pundis abonespecefeit yit unpayed of his fyne of thrie thousand merks abonementioned, and declares him quyte and frie of all payment of the foresaid sowme of ane thousand pundis and of the said decreit and sentence theranent and of all execution that hes followed or may follow aganis the suplicant for payment of the said sowme of ane thousand pundis yit restand unpayit of his fyne as said is.
