The estates of parliament, taking to thair consideration that thair ar sundrie noblemen and uthers who have bene forfaulted in the preceiding sessions of this parliament for taking up armes against this cuntrie or caus in hand who ar now seiking to be restored and reponit aganis these forfaultors, the saidis estates findis and declares that, notwithstanding of the restoring and reponeing of them or ony of them aganis the saidis forfaultors, it it sall nawayis be lesume to them or ony of them to repaire to the parliament and have place or voyce therintill without speciall warrand and licence from the parliament for admitting them thairunto.
