1. Yow shall presentlie repaire unto our armie in Ireland and contribute your utmost endeavors for bringing over to our assistance suche pairt of our armie in Ireland and on suche conditions as we have agried on, and that with all possible diligence.
2. Yow shall meet and concurre with the commissionar cumd from England for setling all bussines concerneing that armie.
3. Yow shall doe your best to satisfie George Monro with the groundis of our resolutions concerneing him.
4. Yow shall deale with and advyise them to land at suche places as yow shall think most fitting for the service, and be carefull that all necessars be provyded for them in these places.
5. Yow shall provyde shippes, boates and barkis for transporting of the armie with all possible speed, to whome yow shall give reasonable satisfaction. And if anie suche shippis, boates or barkis refuise, yow have heirby power to press them.
6. Yow shall deale and agrie with Sir Frances Hamiltoune to come over to Scotland with his regiment upon the same conditions as the uthir regimentis from our armie doeth.
