The estates of parliament, in respect of the absence of Johne, erle of Crawfoord Lindsey, president of parliament, hes nominat and chosen and heirby nominatis and chooses Johne, erle of Cassillis vicepreses of parliament during the absence of Johne, erle of Crawfuird Lindsey, president thairof.

Warrand for printing and publishing the declaration from the commission of the generall assemblie

The estates of parliament, now conveened in the fyift session of this first trienniall parliament, haveing hard [and considered] the declaration presented unto them be the commissionars of the generall assemblie red in their audience, receaved the samen cheerfullie as ane seasonable declaration and appointis the samen to be published and printed. And ordanes the erle of Cassillis, vicepresident of parliament, to give thankis from the parliament to the commissionars of the generall assemblie for thair care, panes and vigilancie expressed in the said declaratione.
