The quhilk day the Lord Lieutennent Generall Williame Baillie, haveing earnestlie desyred the honourable estates to examene his former cariage in the late trust layd wpoun him and thaireftir to be pleased to liberate him and to imploy some other in that chairge, findes that he deserves thankes and approbatione for his cariage and agane renewes the late act made at Stirling to that effect and doe also liberate him from that chairge and accepts of his dimissione, bot in the meanetyme desyres him to continow in the service as of before wntill the eight day of September nixt.
