The quhilke day the estates of parliament haveing red and considdered this quere represented to them from the committie for barroweing of money, viz: whidder or note the noblemen and gentlemen being in toune and haveing thair ordinare residence be northe Tay shall be summondit to len money before the committie in the north or presentlie befoir this committie at Edinburgh in regaird of the present necessitie of moneyes, the estates findes that these that duelles be north the water of Tay may be conveened before the committie for barroweing of money at Edinburgh whensoevir they can be deprehendit within this toune, sieing the committie granted particularlie from persones duelling be northe Tay is not privative nor exclusive of the committie at Edinburgh when the saides persones are in this towne.
