Order of the parliament hous

The estats ordans the noblemen who are to be present at the parliament the morne to sitt in thair robes, and that a clothe of state be there, and the crowne, sword and scepter be lykewayes present as in former parliaments, and that the parliament be fenced the morne at thair meiting, and absents amerciat conforme to the acts of parliament, inrespect they were warned apud acta.
